3. Return Process

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, finessemart will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

The refund will include the product price minus any original shipping charges, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case the full amount, including shipping, will be refunded.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
